  • All items are final sale due to the nature of hair products.

  • Please review your order carefully before checkout — we cannot cancel or adjust once submitted.

  • International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.


📦 Shipping Details

  • All orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Orders over $500 USD will require a signature on delivery.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Rhair is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

  • Every bundle undergoes strict quality checks before leaving our facility.

🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted when:

💳 Return Costs

  • Approved returns may carry a 15% restocking fee.

🚫 Refused Orders & Pre-Orders

  • Refused deliveries are not valid returns and may incur additional fees.

  • Pre-orders are charged immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.
